Kevin Young established the The Investor’s Club back in 1994 to help ordinary Australians achieve wealth through real estate.
I’ve been to a couple of their meetings and I’ve got to say its amazing! Initially I suspected a sales pitch but instead found a bunch of genuine blokes trying to help each other out! The Investor’s Club’s team of experienced property investors will show you how to use equity, the power of leverage and other people’s money to accumulate a real estate portfolio for your financial independence.
The Investor’s Club provides support through out all stages of the investment journey – everything from researched investment (e.g. HIA) property and securing finance, through to ongoing property management. Somehow all this is at no charge to you because the club gets the vendor to pay!!.
The Investors Club shows you how investment property and capital growth can be the basis of your wealth. At the same time, there are optimized depreciation schedules that are used to minimize personal income tax liability.
This club is in stark contrast to the 21st Century Academy – another wealth education school – where everything is a sales pitch ;-( Don’t get me wrong – that’s just the impression I get after numerous seminars – missing that warm fuzzy feeling.
