Cruise ship in NZ Fiordland

On the fifth day of the P&O Cruise, the Pacific Dawn gently slipped between the rocky cliffs of New Zealand’s south island Fiordland.

The captain had said on the PA that only one cruise ship could do this trip at a time. He wasn’t kidding – the cliffs appeared to be within spitting distance !!!

Along the way, the scenery was absolutely stunning! Next time I should remember to pack some rechargeable batteries ;-(

Unfortunately, we had leave the Fiordland for Port Chalmers, 20km from Dunedin.
